Join us for a FREE party, broadcast live, at Nexus Multicultural Arts Centre on Saturday September 13! Dance down the final four hours of Live Music Fest with a showcase of world beats from local gems including music chameleon Adam Page bringing you his unique approach to Indian, Eastern and Jazz roots; Canadian exports Nice Verdes with their brand of gypsy blues - folk styling; Expresiones turn up the heat with Latin-American fever; Djef Djel bring you some beats out of West Africa and DJ Joe is sure to get you dancing! And did we mention it’s FREE? See you there!

See how it’s done – Live From Allans Music

Picture Clowns piling into a VW and you’re on your way to imagining more than 20 musicians and the Radio Adelaide crew squeeze into the front windows of Allans Music in Gawler Place. But don’t just imagine it, be there to see how it’s done! Featuring SA’s most talented classical and jazz musicians, see you at Gawler Place for a diverse morning of fine music.

  Aleksandr Tsiboulski

Ukrainian born guitarist Aleksandr Tsiboulski is first prize winner in six international competitions, including the 2006 Tokyo International Guitar Competition, and is currently the Australian-American Fulbright Scholar in the Visual and Performing Arts, based at the University of Texas at Austin. Alex's main teachers have included Andras Tuske, Timothy Kain at masterclass with many of the leading figures in the guitar world today, including Leo Brouwer, John Williams and David Russell. He has also taken lessons from Angelo Gilardino, David Leisner, Ernesto Bitetti and Carlo Barone. Performances have taken him all around Australia, as well as to Great Britain, United States, the former Soviet Union, Mexico, Ireland and Canada. 2007 will see an extensive tour of Japanthe Canberra School of Music (Australian National University) and Adam Holzman at UT Austin.
